How do we ship the products?

Orders are sent via DPD courier within 3-5 business days of receiving the payment. The delivery time should not exceed 5 business days in Poland. 

 

The cost of delivery by DPD courier in Poland is:

  • PLN 14.99 for orders below PLN 100
  • free shipping for purchases over PLN 100

 

Delivery within Europe.

We send orders to European Union countries. The cost of such delivery by GLS courier is PLN 89. Delivery time should not exceed 5 business days from the date of payment.

The cost of shipping abroad is covered by the buyer.​

Products purchased on our website cannot be exchanged.

You can return items and then make a new purchase.

What about returns?

​

We love and believe in our products and we want you to enjoy them too. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. The shipping costs of returning the product are covered by the buyer.

 

If for any reason you wish to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, you will find instructions below.

 

  1. Make sure that the product has not been used, is clean and has its original packaging.
  2. Print and fill out the form below.
  3. Attach the form to the package or send it to the e-mail address info@yogaflowstore.com.
  4. Pack the package carefully
  5. Send us the package by courier or Polish Post to the following address:

Refund - as soon as the package reaches us and has been checked, we will refund the amount due using the payment method used during the purchase.
